Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

3. Preventive Measures

mobifriends.com implements the following measures to prevent CSAE:

  • Age verification: We require all users to confirm they are at least 18 years of age to register. We implement additional verifications to validate age when necessary.

  • Proactive moderation: We use a combination of automated systems and human review to monitor and moderate content and communications.

  • Detection technology: We implement advanced detection tools, including image hashing and pattern recognition to identify potential CSAM.

  • Education and awareness: We provide clear information to users about prohibited behaviors and how to report suspicious activities.

  • Messaging limits: We restrict certain messaging functionalities for new users until they have established a history of appropriate use of the platform.


 4. Specific Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited on mobifriends.com:

  • Creating profiles pretending to be a minor or with the intention of attracting minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or storing any type of CSAM
  • Attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes
  • Engaging in sexualized conversations with individuals who are or appear to be minors
  • Sharing links to sites containing CSAM or promoting child exploitation
  • Using coded language or euphemisms to evade our detection systems in relation to CSAE
  • Attempting to coordinate CSAE-related activities within or outside our platform


 5. Reporting Procedures

If you encounter suspicious content or behavior related to CSAE on our platform:

  1. Use the "Report" function available on all profiles, messages, and shared content
  2. Send a detailed email to abuse@mobifriends.com
  3. Contact our support team directly through the contact form in the application

In case of immediate danger, contact local authorities first.

6. Review and Response Processes

Our procedure for CSAE reports is as follows:

  1. Immediate review: All reports related to CSAE receive the highest priority and are reviewed within 24 hours.
  2. Evidence preservation: We preserve all relevant evidence according to legal requirements.
  3. Preventive suspension: Accounts under investigation for CSAE are preventively suspended while the investigation is ongoing.
  4. Reporting to authorities: We report all confirmed cases to the competent authorities, including:
    • Local and national law enforcement
    • NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) in the U.S.
    • Interpol/Europol when appropriate
    • Other relevant organizations depending on the jurisdiction
  5. Account termination: Accounts confirmed to have violated this policy are permanently removed.


 7. Collaboration with Authorities

mobifriends.com commits to:

  • Fully cooperate with authorities in investigations related to CSAE
  • Respond promptly to legal requests for information
  • Participate in industry initiatives to combat CSAE
  • Maintain working relationships with organizations specialized in child protection


 8. Education and Resources

We provide the following resources to help our users:

  • Guides on safe use of our platform
  • Clear instructions on how to report suspicious content or behavior

We continually review the possibility of expanding these educational resources for better protection of all our users.

9. Policy Review and Updates

This CSAE policy:

  • Is reviewed quarterly to ensure its effectiveness
  • Is regularly updated to reflect changes in legislation and best practices
  • Is clearly communicated to all users when significant changes are made
